We ship all in stock orders on the next business day. Our stock is kept on premises in Wellington. 

All products are sent with a track and trace number. 

New Zealand

• Residential addresses - The next working day
• Rural Delivery addresses -  2 - 3 working days
• Island to Island economy - 2 - 3 working days

Australia

We use DHL for all in-stock items shipped to Australia.

• Nationwide - 3 - 5 working days 

Free shipping on all orders of $150 or more, NZ wide. 

If an item is listed as In-stock with Supplier then: 

New Zealand - Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery (it's usually quicker but allow 10). 

Australia - In some circumstances, we can ship out these items directly to you from our supplier in Melbourne. Generally they will arrive in 3 business days but please expect some delays due to COVID-19.
